Where We Ship From
All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment clearance.
Orders placed after 4:00pm (AEST) will be processed the next business day.
Please note:
- Processing time is separate from shipping time.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- During peak periods, promotional events, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
- Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been successfully cleared.

Shipping Locations
Australia
- We ship Australia-wide.
- Orders can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older.
- A valid Australian delivery address is required.
- Express deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.
International
- We ship to selected international destinations.
- Shipping options and delivery times vary by location.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring products can be legally imported into their country.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (Australia)
- 2-8 business days for in-stock items, subject to payment clearance.
- Orders placed after 4:00pm (AEST) Monday–Friday will be processed the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Express Shipping (Australia)
- 1–4 business day delivery on in-stock items.
- Order by 4:00pm (AEST) for same-day processing, subject to payment clearance.
- Orders placed after 4:00pm or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
International Shipping
- Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
- Orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia.
- Tracking details will be provided once the order has shipped.

We use Australia Post for all domestic and international deliveries.

International orders are shipped via Australia Post International services.
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Once dispatched, delivery timelines are subject to the local postal service and customs processing in the destination country.
Tracking
All orders shipped via Australia Post include tracking where available. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Free Shipping
Free Shipping applies only to standard shipping within Australia.
Any express or expedited shipping requests will be charged at the full shipping rate.
If expedited shipping is required, please email us after placing your order with:

- Preferred shipping method
- Required delivery date
Tracking Your Order

Standard / Registered International Shipping: Tracking may take 5–7 business days to update after dispatch.

Express Shipping: Tracking is typically available within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Damaged or Missing Parcels
- Damaged parcels must be signed for as damaged.
- Claims may not be valid unless damage is noted on the proof of delivery.
- All delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos where applicable
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
