Free Shipping

Our Free Shipping policy applies only to standard shipping within Australia.
Any expedited or express shipping requests will be charged at the full shipping rate.

If expedited shipping is required, please email us after placing your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Requested shipping method
  • Required delivery date

Where do we deliver?

Australia

  • We ship Australia-wide.
  • Items can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older.
  • A valid Australian delivery address is required.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes for express deliveries.

International

  • We ship to selected international destinations.
  • Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on location.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • International customers are responsible for ensuring products can be legally imported into their country.

Standard Delivery (Australia)

  • Up to 5 business days for delivery on in-stock items, subject to payment clearance.
  • Orders placed after 4:00pm (AEST) Monday–Friday will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Someone must be available to receive the goods

Damaged parcels must be signed for as damaged. Claims may not be valid unless damage is noted on the proof of delivery. All delivery issues must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt.


Express Delivery (Australia)

  • 1–2 business day delivery on in-stock items.
  • Order by 4:00pm (AEST) for same-day dispatch, subject to payment clearance.
  • Orders placed after 4:00pm or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
  • Someone must be available to receive the goods during the delivery window.

Damaged parcels must be signed for as damaged. Claims must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery.


International Delivery

  • Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Express and standard international shipping options may be available depending on location.
  • Orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia.
  • Tracking details will be provided once the order has shipped.

How can I track my delivery?

Standard / Registered International Shipping

  • Tracking information may take 2–5 business days from shipment to update.
  • Please allow at least 5 business days before attempting to track your order.

Express Shipping (Australia & International)

  • Tracking information is typically available within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
